We are pleased to announce a new Bilsing Werkzeugbau GmbH in Iserlohn, Germany. This new company expands our capability into the design and manufacture of complex dies/tools such as heat and acoustic shields for cars.
Bilsing Werkzeugbau’s services for component development include the design, manufacture and incorporation of tools into the forming process, which is accomplished by testing the manufacturability and optimal tool sequence for forming the part. Upon request, the company can manufacture prototype tools and individual parts in advance.
Bilsing Werkzeugbau moved into its new Iserlohn facility in late 2018, which has more than 1000 m² of production space and 250 m² of office, space housing 20 employees. A Tier 2 supplier with over 30 years of experience, the company has global capability, with the headquarters of its customer located mainly in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
The company was formed in 2016 after Bilsing Automation GmbH purchased the tool making company Behr Fertigungstechnik and changed the name to Bilsing Werkzeugbau GmbH.
