Bilsing Automation can scan an existing pressline in full 3D to provide all the data needed to create an accurate working model for optimized process simulations for new dies, tooling and automation. We send a team out over a weekend to perform the scan, allowing the service to be completed without impacting production. We then create a digital model of the line within days. With a dynamic accuracy of +2mm, the model can then be used to simulate various production scenarios, ensuring your line will launch without any collisions or hiccups.
